Bring a compelling case to bear to encourage the public sector to recognize the importance of PLAR and prioritize the inclusion of PLAR practices and processes in relevant department strategies.
Position BCPLAN as a central hub for post-secondary educational institutions, industry training organizations, professional associations, regulatory bodies, unions, and employment service providers to access resources and tools to implement and integrate PLAR into their labour market strategies.
Develop an effective model of governance to maximize the potential for BCPLAN to succeed fully in its enterprise mission.
Develop and implement a viable financial sustainability plan/infrastructure to support the advancement of BCPLAN’s goals and objectives.
